"How can I use 3rd Eye Decisions?"
Here are some different ways people use 3rd Eye...
(select example for details)
"Stocks and Financial Vehicles"
Issue: Value-based investing requires the consideration of multiple forces that could influence the value of the equity over time.
Use: 3rd Eye Decisions allows you to leverage the power of the crowd as it pertains to your potential investment. Select a Targeted Decision Date for selling
or buying your position and then select as many potential Forces of Change as you would like to apply
against your Postulate:
"I will buy/sell a position in Company 'ABC' by MM/DD/YYYY."
Assign an impact value
for each Force of Change and let 3rd Eye Decision's back-end do the rest.
Tips: Consider using 3rd Eye's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) based Auto-Update function to associate several other financial indicators
with your chosen postulate. For example, consider the influence of jet-fuel prices on air travel--you could associate the price of Exxon with a Postulate
focused on Southwest Airlines.
"Corporate Strategy"
Issue: Corporate leadership requires the development of a comprehensive corporate strategy involving many decisions and future considerations. The ability to
establish a "Living Strategy" using 3rd Eye Decisions offers an opportunity to monitor the impacts of countless Forces on different
aspects of the strategy.
Use: Create different Postulates for each Strategic Goal and associate as many Forces of Change as appropriate.
For example:
"We will capture 4% of the regional market by MM/DD/YYYY."
Tips: Leadership can task different departments with oversight on various Forces. The combination of corporate-specific
and general population Forces enables a relevant and comprehensive strategy. Strategic goals can be established with extensive thought and then
monitored for change.
"Career Choice"
Issue: Making a career change or choosing between new options can be a difficult and stressful process.
Use: 3rd Eye Decisions allows you to evaluate your different career choices as individual Postulates.
"I will be a sucessful Vice President at Company 'ABC' by MM/DD/YYYY."
Associate multiple Forces and their potential impact on the position.
Tips: Assign Force's of change and consider using 3rd Eye's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) based Auto-Update function to associate several different sector indicators
with your chosen career position. For example, consider the influence of global climate effects, workforce hiring trends and consumer buying trends
on your potential career.
"Black Swans"
Issue: There are some Forces of Change that will have a disproportional effect on your postulates.
These are "Black Swan" events. The COVID Pandemic would be an example.
Use: 3rd Eye Decisions allows you to create a special category for these Forces of Change. The number next to the "Black Swan" category
(eg. "1.25" or "1.5") represents the relative impact that these forces will have IF they occur. If the Ground Truth becomes positve (eg. "1") for
a Black Swan Force, the underlying algorithm is modified such that the relative impact of the Black Swan event on the postulate is increased signficantly.
Be Careful with Black Swans.
Most events are not Black Swan events. Reserve them for very significant Forces of Change.
Tips: If you are the owner of a Black Swan event, be diligent about its upkeep. If the Ground Truth is switched to "1", it will have
an impact across all the users using your Force.
